2.1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.

2.2. Payment Terms

We accept payments credit card, and other methods as specified on our website.

3.1. Pricing

Prices are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, government action, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

3.2. Inclusions

The services included in your booking will be clearly listed in the itinerary provided at the time of booking. Any services not expressly mentioned in the itinerary are excluded from the booking.

4.1. Cancellation by the Client

Cancellations must be made in you https://naturelankatravels.com/user/tour/page and will be effective from the date we receive your cancellation request. The following cancellation fees apply: 80% of the total booking amount if canceled more than 30 days before the commencement of services. 75% of the total booking amount if canceled between 7 and 14 days before the commencement of services. 70% of the total booking amount if canceled less than 7 days before the commencement of services.

4.2. Cancellation by the Agency

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative arrangement.

4.3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
